When your users click on a reaction from the Emojics widget in your email, they will be redirected to a landing page where you can further interact with them.

For example, you could ask them to provide a written comment, invite them to share a link on social media, or direct them to a link of your choice.

To make this possible, specific campaigns must be created for each individual reaction. This means that if your user clicks on a positive reaction you could perhaps ask them to share your content on a social network. On the other hand, if they click on a negative reaction, it might be better to inquire about their feedback by encouraging them to leave a written comment.
